Finished Reading The Origin and Evolution of New Businesses – Every Entrepreneur should Read this

A friend had recommended me this book The Origin and Evolution of New Businesses by Amar Bhide back in the summer of 2008. I ordered it from IndiaPlaza and it got delivered to me in few weeks time (the Indian versions costs Rs 850) and I finally managed to finish the book, at least the important parts.

I was told that every entrepreneur should read this as it gives good insight into the logistics of successful and failed ventures with lot of real world examples.

I have finished the first part which is probably all you need to read unless you have too much time to read the second part too, I can say I enjoyed the book and has lot of good information and pointers to take down. The book can not be taken as a guide but surely is a good reference and reading material. I wish I had the patience to read other books and papers of Amar Bhide too.
